We want every Mamami order to reach you in good condition. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Our team will review your request and assist you based on our return and exchange policy.

  • Report Within 48 Hours

    Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours from the time the parcel is received.

  • Proof Required

    Please provide your invoice number, shipping AWB number, and clear photo evidence of the damaged or faulty item.

  • Original Condition

    Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Please include the following information in your message:

• Invoice number
• Shipping AWB number
• Photos of the damaged, faulty, or incorrect item
• Brief description of the issue

Returned items without prior notification or approval will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Eligible Items

Return or exchange requests are only accepted for damaged, faulty, incorrect, or approved product issues.

Report Within 48 Hours

Customers must contact Mamami within 48 hours from the time the parcel is received. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Proof Required

Please provide your invoice number, shipping AWB number, clear photo evidence, and a brief description of the issue when submitting your request.

Item Condition

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging included.

Return Shipping

Customers are required to return approved items via shipping only. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise confirmed by Mamami.

Unapproved Returns

Returned items without prior notification or approval from Mamami will not be accepted.

Store Credit & Refund Policy

Once your return or exchange request is reviewed and accepted, Mamami may issue store credit which can be used for future purchases.

Cash refunds are not provided, except where required or confirmed due to manufacturing failure or approved product issues.

Goods sold are not refundable except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect, damaged item, faulty item, or incorrect product received.

Exchange Processing Time

Upon confirmation and acceptance of an exchange request, please allow up to fourteen (14) days for the arrangement and delivery of replacement goods.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping and handling charges are strictly non-refundable.

Additional delivery or return shipping charges may apply where re-delivery, return shipment, or exchange delivery is required.
