If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Include your invoice number, shipping AWB number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise confirmed by Mamami. Approved refunds are issued as store credit. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Mamami currently delivers within Malaysia only. Orders are processed within 3–7 working days. Estimated delivery after processing is 3–5 working days for West Malaysia and 5–7 working days for East Malaysia.

Free delivery applies to West Malaysia orders of RM80 and above, and East Malaysia orders of RM200 and above. For East Malaysia, free delivery is limited to shipping charges below RM25 and parcels up to 4kg.
