Organic Wave Golden Flaxseeds

What is it?

Golden Flaxseeds, also known as golden linseeds, are small, golden-yellow seeds from the flax plant (Linum usitatissimum). They have a mild, slightly nutty flavour and can be eaten whole or ground.

Golden flaxseeds and brown flaxseeds are very similar nutritionally; the main differences are usually their colour and subtle flavour.
