Delivery & Shipping

We aim to process and deliver your Mamami orders safely and smoothly across Malaysia. Here’s what you need to know about our delivery areas, estimated delivery time, free shipping, and order support.

  • Delivery Area

    Mamami currently delivers to addresses within Malaysia only.

  • West Malaysia

    Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days after order processing.

  • East Malaysia

    Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days after order processing.

  • Free Delivery

    West Malaysia: Free delivery for purchases of RM80 and above.

    East Malaysia: Free delivery for purchases of RM200 and above, subject to terms and conditions.

    For East Malaysia orders, free delivery applies to shipping rates under RM25.00 only, with a maximum weight of 4kg.

  • Order Processing

    Orders are processed once the transaction is confirmed. Please allow 3–7 working days for order processing, depending on order volume and operational conditions.

    All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated delivery partner from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

    Delivery may take longer during public holidays, peak seasons, promotions, or other courier-related delays.

Tracking Your Order

After you receive your delivery confirmation email, please allow a few hours for the courier system to update your order status.
