What is it?
White Quinoa is the lightest-coloured and most commonly consumed variety of quinoa, an edible seed from the Chenopodium quinoa plant. Although prepared like rice or other grains, quinoa is technically a pseudocereal.
Compared with red and black quinoa, white quinoa generally has a milder flavour and softer, fluffier texture after cooking, making it very versatile for everyday meals.
